How it works
Discover
The Discover step begins with us understanding your organization’s strategic objectives and how TA supports those objectives. Then we gather as much information as possible through interviews, focus groups, process mapping sessions, data analysis, technology review, etc. Everyone from your executives to your TA coordinators could be involved. Essentially, we ask many questions and spend most of our time listening.
Validate
During the Validate step, we consolidate everything we learned in the Discover step and build a picture of your current state. We review what we have learned with your key stakeholders to ensure we haven’t overlooked a key component or challenge in your process. If needed, we will conduct some additional discovery to ensure we have a complete understanding of your organization.
Assess & Align
During Assess and Align, you actually may not hear from your consultants as regularly as you did in the previous steps. We are off analyzing everything that we discovered so that we can assess the areas, steps, technology, etc. to ensure they support your strategic goals. We develop solutions that transform your approach, align with your strategic objectives, and help you meet your goals.
Recommend
In the final step, we build a comprehensive list of our recommendations. We clearly identify the gaps and challenges that each recommendation solves, as well as the improvements and/or ROI you should expect to achieve if you implement the changes. We always review these recommendations with your key stakeholders to gather their reactions and feedback before finalizing them and reviewing them with your entire team.
